2. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and images

• Reviewing and approving the design before launch

• Paying the agreed fee on time

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly plans are paid upfront each month.

• One-time payments are made before work begins.

• No refunds once work has started, except in cases of non-delivery.

4. Delivery Time

Typical delivery is 3–7 working days from the time we receive your complete content. Delays caused by missing info are not our responsibility.

5. Ownership

You have access and use of the website for as long as payments are made.

6. Hosting & Domain

• Hosting is included in all plans.

• Domains (.com/.org, etc.) are provided for one year on one-time plans.

• Renewal is the client’s responsibility after the first year.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to stop service in case of:

• Non-payment

• Misuse of the website (e.g. illegal content)

• Abuse or disrespect toward our team

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you if anything important changes.
