1. How long does it take to build my website?
We usually deliver websites within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the plan and how quickly we receive your content.
2. What do I need to provide to get started?
We’ll ask for:
Your business name & description
Your services or products
Any photos or logos you have
Contact details (phone, WhatsApp, location, etc.)
3. I don’t have a logo or business content – can you help?
Yes! We offer logo design and can help write simple content for your pages. Just let us know and we’ll assist.
4. What’s the difference between monthly and one-time payment plans?
Monthly Plans include ongoing support, updates, and hosting.
One-time plans are a one-off payment. You fully own the site, and we include 1 year of hosting. After that, hosting renewal is K400/year.
5. Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime if you need more pages, features, or branding support.
6. Do I need to know anything technical?
Nope. You don’t need any tech skills. We handle everything from design to hosting – and we’re always available on WhatsApp to help.
7. Can customers contact me through my website?
Yes! All our websites include a WhatsApp button and a contact form (on request) so customers can reach you easily.
8. Do you offer domain names (like www.mybusiness.xyz)?
Yes. If you choose a one-time payment plan, a free domain is included for 1 year then yearly fees. For monthly plans, it is included in the price.
9. Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included in all our plans. For one-time payment customers, we include 1 year free hosting. After that, hosting renewal is K400/year.
10. What happens if I stop paying the monthly plan?
Your website will go offline. But you can always switch to a one-time payment option if you prefer to own your website fully.
